Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models
- Experience with RAG architecture
- Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and NLP
- Prompt Engineering and LLM application development
- Experience with one or more:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Semantic Kernel

- Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search
- REST API / Microservices development
- Experience with at least one cloud platform:

- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud

- Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Git, CI/CD and software engineering practices

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- LLM fine-tuning / PEFT / LoRA
- Hugging Face Transformers
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps
- Model evaluation and observability
- AI safety, governance, and security
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or equivalent
- Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM/ERP platforms
