Role & responsibilities : * Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and prospects.
* Identify current business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
* Manage and follow up on international orders from inquiry to execution.
* Coordinate closely with customers regarding order requirements, timelines, pricing, and documentation.
* Follow up with production and supply teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Coordinate internally with production, supply, logistics, and other relevant teams.
* Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
* Support day-to-day business development and operational activities.
* Prepare and maintain customer, order, and sales-related reports.
