Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service team to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle guest enquiries and requests politely and professionally.
- Maintain the guest waiting area and restaurant entrance.
- Ensure excellent grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and hospitality procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Female candidates with a pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, or F&B; Service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Excellent guest service and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling is an added advantage.
