About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong expertise in OPT hiring, H1B transfers, and candidate pipeline management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates, handling university relationships, mentoring recruiters, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student networks for OPT hiring.
- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, and GC candidates for US-based requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle H1B transfer candidates and project transfer requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, visa status, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate submissions to clients and vendors.
- Manage bench sales and H1B transfer onboarding processes.




- Ensure compliance with US work authorization and visa regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior recruiters to improve team performance and delivery.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience in OPT Recruitment.
- Strong expertise in OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, and US Staffing.
- Experience working with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Valuable understanding of US visa categories, work authorization, and compliance requirements.
- Experience handling candidate pipelines and bench onboarding activities.
- Prior experience in team handling and mentoring recruiters.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US recruitment environment.
