Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage guest room reservation requests.
- Coordinate with front office (FO) staff to check room availability.
- Share hotel details like location, timings, and services.
- Keep guest records up-to-date using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (preferably).
- Any Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management, with knowledge of OTA Channel Management.
- Robust skills in reservations, sales support/presales, business development, hotel rooms management.
