Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP ECC, FI, CO, HR, MM, and PS modules.

- Assist in implementing recent ERP projects by configuring system settings, setting up user accounts, and performing data migration tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using ERP functionalities such as workflow management and reporting tools.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on various aspects of ERP usage, including navigation, transaction execution, and data entry.
