Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow agency channel, increase revenue through cross-selling health insurance products.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in agency management.
- Proven track record in developing successful recruitment programs for new agents.
- Strong understanding of agency sales principles and practices with ability to develop effective partnerships with clients.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
