Required Qualifications
- Certification: It would be advantage if He/she is having the below certification. (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or University-backed ID program).
- Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in content authoring and instructional design, preferably in a BPO, Tech, or high-volume operations environment.
- Language: Must be able to draft complex technical documentation and present to C-suite stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced use of Articulate 360 or similar tools and innovative design thinking
- .30-45 Days Notice period is preferable.
