Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loan installments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the local community.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions based on risk assessment criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in auto loans or related fields such as car finance or used car loan industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle finance products including financing options for new and used vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills for building robust relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
