Senior ServiceNow with HRSD

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore

Key Skills: HRSD must be very robust with 5+ years of experience

Employment Type: Only FTE (Fulltime)

Support hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST)

Must have

- 7+ years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery(HRSD)
- Some experience with CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation
- Reports and Dashboard
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
- ServiceNow Release upgrade testing
- ServiceNow Application security administration
- User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
