Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator with 5 to 7 years of experience in administering ArcGIS Enterprise environments, managing portal content, supporting automated service publishing, and maintaining GIS application environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise administration, ArcGIS API for Python, ArcPy, REST Admin API, Windows Server, IIS, and ArcGIS Monitor.

Core Skills

- Strong experience in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal Administration and content lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS API for Python for scripted and automated administration.
- Experience in publishing GIS services using ArcPy and REST Admin API.
- Positive knowledge of Windows Server 2022 and IIS Administration.
- Basic knowledge and experience in supporting Okta SAML configuration.
- Experience with ArcGIS Monitor, including alert configuration, monitoring, and establishing performance baselines.

Key Responsibilities





- Execute portal content migration scripts, recreate group structures, and apply appropriate content labels and categories across different environments.
- Publish, validate, and troubleshoot map services across SIT, UAT, Training, and Support environments using automated publishing tools.
- Register, configure, and verify Oracle ATP database connections across each ArcGIS environment.
- Provision and manage user accounts, assign appropriate roles, and configure group memberships for project and business user teams.
- Manage GIS workstation software profiles and ensure that ArcGIS Pro 3.5/3.6 deployments are correctly configured and maintained.
- Maintain test environment stability between different project phases by refreshing data stores, clearing stale services, and monitoring system and application alert thresholds.
- Support ongoing ArcGIS Enterprise administration, troubleshooting, environment maintenance, and operational activities as required.
