Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM integrations with other systems using various tools such as APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop technical documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end-users on how to use them effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM integrations and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday HCM Integration Architecture.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM platform including its architecture, features, and functionality.
- Experience working with various technologies such as APIs, web services, messaging queues etc. for building integrations between different systems.
