Manage facilities, office maintenance, utilities, cleanliness and coordinate with maintenance and security personnel.
Oversee administrative relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchasing of office supplies, office supplies, groceries, and office equipment. Coordinate airline, hotel, train, and local transportation reservations and manage expense accounts for employee travel.
Maintain physical and digital management records, asset ledgers, contracts, and office inventory logs. Assists HR and management in planning company events, team outings, meetings, and seminars.
