Job Description

We are hiring experienced US Accounting Professionals for multiple positions across our Finance & Accounting practice. We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in US Accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

- Staff Accountant: 1-3 Years
- Senior Accountant: 3-5 Years
- Supervisor: 69 Years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- CA Intermediate
- CPA
- Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in US Accounting
- Bookkeeping and General Ledger Accounting
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank, Credit Card & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Journal Entries and Month-End Close Activities
- Financial Reporting and Account Analysis
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Yardi, or similar platforms
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end accounting activities for US-based clients.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries and maintain General Ledger records.




- Perform Bank, Credit Card, and Account Reconciliations.
- Support Month-End and Year-End Closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
- Review accounting transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Work closely with internal teams and US stakeholders on accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency.

- Strong understanding of US Accounting concepts and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience working with US clients will be an added advantage.
