Key Responsibilities

- EV Diagnostics Intake: Welcome riders, note down range issues, software bugs, or battery charging problems, and check for physical wear.
- Smart Job Cards: Create accurate digital job cards detailing battery health checks, software updates, and hardware repairs.
- Tech Team Sync: Translate customer complaints about firmware, sensors, or powertrain performance into transparent tasks for EV technicians.
- Software & OTA Updates: Guide customers through Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates and smartphone app connectivity troubleshooting.
- Safety & Compliance: Explain EV-specific maintenance needs (like battery health care) and ensure safety protocols around high-voltage components are followed.
- Delivery & Education: Explain the service invoice, highlight the battery health report, and educate riders.
