Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics
- Experience with Azure AI/ML services including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI integrations
- Good understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and API-based integrations
- Experience in handling XSLT files and XML-based data transformation formats
- Experience in SFDC (Salesforce) integrations and SAP ByDesign (SAP BYD) integrations
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management
- Experience in monitoring and supporting cloud-based production applications/services
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills
- Experience in handling SLA-based support environments
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
