Requirements

- 21-27 years old.
- 1-8 years of work experience in an art/design role with an advertising agency (ATL/digital), brand or startup.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and emerging digital technologies.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, layout and visual principles.
- Excellent understanding of regional language.
- Good awareness of state and national setting.
- Strong sense of humour, creativity and visual storytelling.




- Ability to understand a concept quickly and translate it into a strong visual communication.
- Ability to translate a brief into fine-crafted communication collateral.
- Familiarity with special effects, animation, 3D and compositing.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, visual quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Fast, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in news or social media design is a plus.
- Should have created posts, ads and banners for social media in a previous role.
- Editing machine/desktop is mandatory.
