Role & responsibilities

- Robust experience in building and maintaining highly scalable systems
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience in Core Java and Spring
- Solid understanding of distributed programming concepts and ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs
- Strong knowledge of messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and data structures knowledge
- Advanced Java concurrency skills (optimistic vs. pessimistic locking, trade-offs, etc.)
- Strong command over JDBC and relational databases
- Hands-on experience with Java performance tuning, garbage collectors, and profilers
- Strong understanding of design patterns
- Experience with distributed design principles
- Believer in TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to guide technical discussions
- Team player and mentor to junior developers
