Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of React developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software products using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, deadlines, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Mentor junior developers to improve their skills in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Material UI.
Job Requirements :
- 9-16 years of experience in leading or working as a developer with expertise in React.js.
- Robust understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript programming languages.
- Experience with popular frontend frameworks such as NextJS or similar technologies.
