Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary / Take-Home

- Freshers: 19,000 per month
- 6 to 18 Months Experience: 22,000 per month
- More Than 18 Months Experience: 27,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and Experienced Candidates are eligible.
- Any Customer Support Voice Process experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

- Handle customer queries through international voice support.




- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally within the defined process guidelines.
- Maintain good customer service and communication standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.
