Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
- Develop and customize Case Types, Data Models, Workflows, UI components, Decision Tables, and Business Rules.
- Design reusable and maintainable Pega application components.
- Work extensively with Pega Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and external systems.
- Perform application configuration, development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and production defects.
- Ensure applications follow Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance using Pega Performance tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, estimation,



and implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Pega development experience.
- Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, BPM, SAIL/UI, Data Pages, Data Types, and Decision Rules.
- Strong knowledge of Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, When Rules, Declare Expressions, and Report Definitions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Pega Deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and application design best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience working on Pega Customer Service, Pega Financial Services, or Pega Platform.
