- Generate leads and identify potential customers for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
