Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced interior designer with solid hands-on experience in Autodesk or Revit and proven experience delivering luxury, high-rise and large-scale interior projects across residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed interior design models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details and interior documentation.
- Create and manage accurate Revit-based interior models from design development through construction documentation.
- Work on luxury and high-end projects across residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
- Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare material, finishes,



furniture and interior detailing schedule
- Support design development, technical documentation and project delivery.

Required Project Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

- Residential Projects
- High-Rise Residential Towers
- Hospitality Projects: Hotels, Resorts & Serviced Apartments
- High-Rise Luxury Developments

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk or Revit mandatory.
- Proven experience in interior design and interior BIM modelling.
- Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
