About the job

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will handle direct phone communication with customers located in the United States. Their core duties include:
Customer Service: Resolving incoming queries, answering product or service questions, and managing objections professionally.
Sales & Up-selling: Spotting opportunities during support calls to cross-sell or up-sell extra products, promotions, and packages to meet individual and team targets.
Data Log Management: Accurately updating and tracking customer records and interaction details inside the company's CRM database.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
Education: Minimum 12th Pass with at least 6 months of experience, or any Graduate/Bachelor's Degree holder (freshers welcome). Note: Candidates with more than 1 year of experience or those currently pursuing graduation may not be eligible based on standard company process filters.
Skills Required: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills, basic computer operation, robust negotiation capabilities, and the grit to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
