Key Responsibilities:

3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
4. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure accurate documentation.
5. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist clients.
7. Strive for continuous improvement in your communication skills and customer service techniques.
