About the job

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills and payment records.
Manage bank reconciliation and cash transactions.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Track outstanding payments from clients and payments to vendors.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly reports, expense statements and account summaries.
Coordinate with management, vendors and other departments regarding financial matters.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and internal checking.
Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned work.
Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Accounting Accounting Software GST MS-Excel Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

Valuable knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel

Basic knowledge of GST & TDS

Good understanding of accounting principles

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and accuracy





Candidates from the travel/hospitality industry will be preferred

Relevant experience in accounting will be an advantage
