About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable higher education programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students regarding MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
2. Understand students' career goals, academic background, and requirements.
3. Recommend suitable colleges and courses based on student requirements.
4. Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries.
5. Communicate with students and parents and address their queries.
6. Handle objections and assist students throughout the admission process.
7. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
8. Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
10. Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and relevant trends.

4. Passion for education, admissions, and career counselling.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

6. Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

7. Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage.

8. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

9. 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Sales, Telecalling, or Education Counselling.

10. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
