Job Description – Celigo Developer (2–3 Years)

Role summary

We are looking for a Celigo Developer with 2–3 years of experience to build integrations on Celigo integrator.io platform, connecting systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, E-commerce Platforms, Marketplaces, CRM, 3PL, finance platforms and more. Developing integrations is the core of this role, supported by regular client interaction from the technical side.

You will work as an individual contributor under a Tech Lead, with no team reporting to you. You will join client calls with the Tech Lead, or represent the technical side alongside a Project Manager. The Tech Lead guides you on complex designs and handles difficult customer situations.

Key responsibilities

Integration development (core)

• Build, test and deploy integration flows in Celigo integrator.io using exports, imports, lookups, branching, listeners, webhooks and scheduled flows.

• Implement and configure Celigo Integration Apps (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Salesforce, BigCommerce to NetSuite).

• Write JavaScript hooks (preSavePage, preMap, postMap, postSubmit), filters and transformations for business logic.

• Build connections to third-party REST/SOAP APIs, handling authentication (OAuth 2.0, token-based, API key), pagination and rate limits.





• Handle file-based integrations over FTP/SFTP where required.

• Monitor flows, troubleshoot errors, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.

• Create supporting saved searches or custom fields in NetSuite when an integration needs them.

Integration design

• Prepare designs, data flow notes and field mapping documents for simple integrations independently.

• Contribute to the design of complex integrations under the guidance of the Tech Lead.

Client interaction

• Attend client calls with the Tech Lead, or independently represent the technical side alongside a Project Manager.

• Explain integration behavior, share progress, and clarify technical questions with the customer.

• Support requirement gathering by asking the right technical questions and documenting integration needs.

• Escalate complex requirements, risks or difficult conversations to the Tech Lead and Project Manager proactively.

Team collaboration

• Share accurate status, estimates and blockers with the Tech Lead and Project Manager proactively .

• Agree on budget hours, timelines and scope for each task before starting, and work within them.

• Log daily timesheets against assigned project tasks, since they drive client billing.

• Follow team coding, documentation and deployment standards.

Required skills and experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience building integrations on Celigo integrator.io.

• Celigo CoreBuilder Certification

• Worked on at least 4 end-to-end integration projects,



at least 2 projects involving NetSuite. At least one project for 3PL integration.

• Good JavaScript skills for hooks, scripts and data transformation.

• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML and CSV.

• Working knowledge of NetSuite records, saved searches, and flows such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.

• Robust debugging skills using Celigo run history, error logs and API responses.

• Clear verbal and written communication, and confidence in joining client calls.

• Ability to understand systems being integrated quickly, complete feasibility on technical level in reasonable time.

• Hands on experience of using AI tools/agents for integrations development, testing, documentation and issues debug ging.

Good to have

• Ability to run requirement-gathering sessions and design integrations end to end with minimal guidance.

• Celigo Integration App certifications such as Shopify, Amazon or Salesforce to NetSuite.

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Application and Integration Developer certification.

• SuiteScript 2.x experience.

• Exposure to other iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato or Zapier.

• Experience with EDI (X12/EDIFACT) integrations and EDI file formats .

• Knowledge on ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.

• Worked on applications like Slack, Jira, and SSO.
