The person will primarily be accountable for managing risk & governance for TA function across 8 countries (See list of activities below. This is a high level list)
Communication Skills, confidence, executive presence are key as a lot of communication is involved with Talent Acquisition Heads in 8 countries and their teams
Joining timelines: as soon as possible
Past experience in Talent Acquisition / Risk & Governance preferred
1. Risk and Governance ownership for the region
- Track all internal issues and MSII to completion with a monthly governance framework
- Assurance audits monthly with actions and implementation
- Own queries and process updates for all countries, Ensure all actions are completed on time
- Refresher Trainings for Recruiters
- Monitoring employee files closure and vetting status for all countries
- Implementation of global change deployments for the region
- Represent region in global forums for change and implementation instances
