About the Opportunity:

- Our global executive recruitment operation serves as a center of excellence within the Global Talent Acquisition organization, part of the Chief Talent Office.
- As a Senior Partner, Sourcing, you will join our Global Executive Recruitment team, whose mission is to build succession plans for our executives and key critical positions across all locations, business units, and functions. The team supports traditional executive recruitment activities, builds talent pools, and gathers market insights to give our business units immediate access to the best talent in the market.
- The Senior Partner, Sourcing supports our recruiters located in key markets with candidate identification, research, sourcing, screening, and interview activities.

In this role, you will

- Be part of our Global Executive Recruitment team.
- Form close partnerships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and their People Business Partners, collaborating on executive recruitment and proactive talent scouting projects.
- Participate in project discussions between the recruitment team and clients (intake and progress calls).
- Provide comprehensive support to Recruiters on executive-level roles, including defining sourcing strategies, sourcing, approaching, and screening candidates, and keeping them engaged.
- Collect, classify, and interpret competitive market intelligence.




- Define identification and sourcing strategies, and build diverse candidate pipelines and talent pools.
- Attract, approach, engage, and assess candidates to build robust pipelines for both short- and long-term talent needs.
- Create and present progress and status reports to executive-level stakeholders.
- Maintain internal and external networks to enrich talent pools, and conduct exploratory discussions with senior and executive-level professionals as part of an executive talent pool.
- Maintain the candidate database with qualitative information to ensure rapid access to engaged candidates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every step of the process.
- Act in accordance with data privacy and GDPR requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Solid experience in international sourcing, gained in an agency or corporate environment.
- Executive search background is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management within a multinational environment.
- A genuine passion for identifying best-in-class talent.
- Demonstrated experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing techniques.
- Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of Workday and Beamery is a plus.
- High level of compliance and integrity, with the ability to handle highly confidential matters.
- Articulate and engaging communication style, with the ability to build rapport with senior-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
