Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Administrator responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, network, systems, hardware, software, user support, and basic IT security. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, Windows systems, networking, servers, CCTV, access control and troubleshooting in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Manage Windows Server / Active Directory / User Accounts.
- Handle DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and basic network security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.




- Manage CCTV surveillance systems, NVR/DVR and IP cameras.
- Maintain biometric attendance/access-control systems.
- Manage IT assets, inventory and documentation.
- Perform regular data backup and system recovery activities.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external IT vendors.
- Monitor system/network performance and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure antivirus, patching and basic IT security practices are maintained.
- Provide technical support to users across Head Office and Plant.
- Support ERP/SAP connectivity and user-related IT issues.
- Maintain IT-related records, licenses, AMC and vendor documentation.
- Support IT infrastructure during new system/project installations.
