Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HRMS, Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using PeopleSoft tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PeopleSoft system configuration, data migration, reporting discrepancies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in implementing or supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Solid understanding of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing complex workflows within the PeopleSoft platform.
