About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to handle pre sales activities and manage franchise acquisition through effective lead handling and cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into successful franchise partnerships by explaining business opportunities, maintaining follow-ups, and coordinating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to franchise business opportunities. • Perform cold calling to prospective franchise partners and generate interest in the brand. • Manage and nurture company-generated leads effectively. • Explain franchise models, investment details, ROI, and business opportunities to potential clients. • Conduct pre-sales discussions and schedule meetings with interested prospects. • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.



• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of new franchise partners. • Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions. • Build strong relationships with potential franchise investors and business partners. • Achieve monthly franchise sales and conversion targets. Required Skills • Strong communication. • Excellent convincing and presentation abilities. • Good knowledge of franchise sales and business development. • Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain follow-up records. • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.

Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Kannada,Telugu, Hindi - Mandatory

Experience • 4–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.

• Experience in handling franchise leads and cold calling is mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile
