Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee civil construction activities on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise laborers, contractors, and other personnel involved in site execution to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers to resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during site operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for civil construction.
- Excellent site supervision skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
