Position: Lab Technician (Male Only)
Salary: 15,000 per month (Fixed)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Male Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and is willing to go the extra mile for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sample Collection: Efficiently handle blood samples, swabs, and other biological specimens from patients with precision and care.
- Machine Handling: Operate and maintain standard diagnostic lab machines and analyzers.
- Pharmacy Support: Utilize basic pharmaceutical knowledge to assist with inventory and basic medication dispensing when required.
- Outdoor Camps: Manage sample collection and basic diagnostic setup at outdoor medical camps.
- Travel:



Must be willing to travel locally for camp duties using your own two-wheeler (Bike) .

Work Timings & Schedule:

- Shift: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Full Day).
- Break: Extended break/rest of a couple of hours will be provided in the afternoon.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible to handle early morning camp setups or late evening sample processing.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have):

- Diploma or Degree in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or relevant field.
- Prior experience in a diagnostic lab is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy is essential.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have your own bike (Fuel/Conveyance to be managed by the candidate).
- Strictly for Male candidates due to the nature of camp duties and shift requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive fixed salary of 15,000/month.
