Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in managing residential high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for residential high-rise developments.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.




- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization on site.
- Manage engineering and construction aspects of residential high-rise projects
- Develop and monitor project schedules and cost plans
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications
- Resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports and documentation
- Manage procurement and material delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff
