- 3-6+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with strong ServiceNow exposure preferred).
- Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
- Robust understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with CMDB data quality remediation and KPI-driven improvements.
