- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Robust experience in Employee Data Management, Business Rules, and Workflows
- Experience in Position Management, Time Off, and Organizational Management within EC
- Knowledge of integrations and data migration in SuccessFactors
- Experience in configuring and supporting EC modules end-to-end
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices
Certification:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory
