Role Summary

- Inventory management for liquor retail (wines, spirits, beer, beverages)
- Handling FMCG / retail inventory cycles
- Managing high SKU volumes and fast-moving stock
- Working with international processes and reporting standards
- Exposure to end-to-end retail supply chain operations

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
- Demand Forecasting
- Track inward/outward stock and update systems daily
- Perform stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and store teams
- Maintain data in ERP systems
- Generate reports and highlight stock issues
- Resolve discrepancies quickly and proactively

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory / warehouse / retail operations
- Very valuable communication skills (must-have)
- Solid working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders daily
- Immediate joiner or max 15 days notice

Preferred

- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations
- Experience in retail / FMCG / warehouse inventory
