Role & responsibilities
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially CSM module
- Experience in integration testing (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Postman
- SoapUI
- Understanding of ITSM/CSM workflows (incident, case, request)
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and API payload validation
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (for ServiceNow scripting validation)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to integrations with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- ServiceNow certification (CSA / CSM preferred)
