JOB DESCRIPTION PROJECT COORDINATOR (HO)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between HO and all project sites for smooth project execution.
- Collect and monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress reports from sites.
- Track planned vs. actual progress, project targets and completion schedules.
- Prepare project-wise MIS and management reports.
- Follow up on material procurement, manpower, machinery and site requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Billing, Contracts and HR departments.
- Monitor RA Bills, client payments, approvals and pending issues.
- Track project delays, critical issues and action points and escalate to Management.
- Coordinate HO–Site review meetings and follow up on MOM/action items.




- Maintain key project documents, correspondence and records.
- Support Management in overall project monitoring and decision-making.

Required Knowledge & Experience

- Good knowledge of Water Supply Projects
- Good knowledge of Sewerage / Sewage Projects
- Knowledge of Irrigation / Canal Projects
- Understanding of Pipeline Laying, Testing & Commissioning
- Basic knowledge of STP, WTP, Pumping Stations and related infrastructure
- Knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Project Progress and Site Coordination
- Experience in Government / Infrastructure Projects preferred.
