- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
- Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
- Solid communication skills with excellent voice processing abilities.
- Proficiency in making outbound sales calls and handling telemarketing campaigns.
