Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
- Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT support.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations.
- Validate APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint quality goals.
- Prepare test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Salesforce QA/Testing.




- Valuable understanding of Salesforce CRM platform.
- Experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Lightning Experience
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation

- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Knowledge of API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience in defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or Copado.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce QA Certification.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations and middleware applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
