Job Title: Online Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate solutions to medicine-related queries.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting/finding medicines available on our online platform.
- Identify generic alternatives for branded medicines based on the same composition, strength, and dosage form.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding medicines, compositions, strengths, and availability.
- Handle prescription-related queries and verify prescriptions as per company procedures.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Assist customers who face difficulty searching for generic medicines on the platform.




- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism while communicating with customers.

Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of generic and branded medicines.
- Good understanding of medicine compositions, strengths, dosage forms, and therapeutic categories.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Valuable customer-handling and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to explain medicine-related information clearly to customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online pharmacy/e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Customer-focused, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.
