Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python , SQL , Hive , or Spark .

- Create and manage dashboards and reports in Looker (required) and Power BI (good to have).

- Conduct A/B test experimentation to evaluate business or product changes.

- Apply statistical methods and machine-learning concepts to support decision-making.

- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.





- Mentor and guide junior analysts/data scientists.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data science.

- Proficiency in Python , R , and SQL .

- Experience with distributed data technologies ( Hive , Spark ).

- Strong understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals .

- Proven experience with Looker reporting (mandatory).

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
