Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP TM programs and projects with focus on order management and transportation planning

- Oversee SAP TM testing cycles (functional, integration, UAT) to ensure system stability and performance

- Drive freight cost management and settlement processes to optimize logistics spend

- Define and implement transportation planning strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs

- Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to align SAP TM capabilities with business objectives

- Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

- Facilitate explicit communication between stakeholders and ensure program transparency

- Analyze SAP TM data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

- Ensure compliance with logistics, transportation, and industry regulations

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across SAP TM processes





- Support integration of SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems

- Provide training, mentoring, and functional guidance to SAP TM team members

- Prepare status reports, KPIs, and outcome assessments for senior leadership

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)

- Hands-on experience in SAP TM Testing

- Deep knowledge of:

- SAP TM Order Management

- SAP TM Transportation Planning

- SAP TM Freight Cost Management & Settlement

- Experience managing end-to-end SAP TM implementations or rollouts

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working in hybrid delivery models

Experience

- 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP TM projects

- Prior experience in Program / Project Management roles preferred
