Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the recruitment and hiring teams to close positions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and techniques.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Naukri or other job portals.
- Knowledge of Boolean search.
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is an advantage.
