We're on the lookout for talented and driven OPT Recruiters to become part of our growing team.
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Your Role
Source and recruit OPT/ H4 EAD/ GC/ Citizens candidates through job portals, social media platforms, university networks, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation processes.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
What We Expect
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OPT recruitment.
Experience working with OPT, H4, GC, Citizen candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
