US IT Recruiter W2 Hiring

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring and US staffing. The majority of the role will focus on W2 tax-term requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, with a major focus on W2 requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and W2 eligibility.
- Understand and work with different US tax terms, with primary focus on W2.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and offer/onboarding processes.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work closely with account managers/recruiting teams to understand job requirements.




- Negotiate rates and compensation where applicable.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong experience working on W2 requirements.
- Good understanding of US tax terms and work authorization.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Experience with IT skill sets such as Java, .NET, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
- Willingness to work onsite from Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Preferred

- Experience working with US staffing vendors/clients.
- Experience handling high-volume requirements.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, with strong emphasis on W2.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
