About Us

We are a growing Australian cleaning services company looking for a smart, proactive and creative person to help us grow our online presence, find new customers and expand our network of cleaners across Australia.

This is NOT just a social media posting job. We need someone who is comfortable with social media, lead generation, online research and speaking with people.

What You Will Do

- Create professional content using ChatGPT + Canva and post regularly on Facebook.
- Manage Facebook Pages, Marketplace and relevant Facebook Groups.
- Monitor Facebook groups for people searching for cleaners and quickly respond/promote our services.
- Configure and use Facebook/CRM/lead monitoring tools to identify potential cleaning leads.
- Speak with our cleaners and turn their work, photos and stories into engaging social media content.
- Create fresh and creative posts rather than simply copying existing content.
- Search for cleaners/contractors in different Australian locations and build an organised database.
- Create and maintain company profiles on Airtasker, Bark, hipages, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Research new websites, groups and marketing opportunities to generate customers.
- Assist with cold calling and lead follow-ups when required.
- Regularly suggest and test new ideas to promote and grow the business.

Who Should Apply?

You are a positive fit if you:





Have a Social Media / Digital Marketing background or strong interest in this area
Know how to use Facebook confidently
Have experience with or willingness to learn Canva & ChatGPT
Have good spoken and written English
Are comfortable speaking with customers/cleaners over the phone
Enjoy online research and finding new opportunities
Can work independently without being constantly supervised
Are creative, proactive and willing to bring your own ideas
Have your own laptop, smartphone and reliable internet

Freshers and students can apply. Experience is not mandatory — communication, attitude, creativity and ability to learn quickly are more key.
